Sources close to Emmanuel Negedu tell Peegs.com/Inside Indiana that the #40
player from the Rivals150 is back on the market. The sources indicate that
Arizona released the 6-foot-6, 225-pound forward earlier from the letter of
intent he signed with the Wildcats last November. Negedu sought to get out
of his signing due to the upheaval in the Arizona coaching situation where Lute
Olson was out this winter temporarily and then this spring assistant coaches
left the school. Among those leaving was Josh Pastner, the main recruiter
at Arizona of Negedu.
