Dixon takes in second straight at Mizzou
The Missouri Tigers fell short against Kansas on Saturday night, but Mike Anderson might be making some big gains on the recruiting trail. For the second straight home game, Lee's Summit West point guard Mike Dixon sat behind the Tiger bench.
Dixon, one of the nation's top 100 prospects in the 2009 class, watched Mizzou upset No. 12 Texas last weekend in front of 13,000 fans. The Kansas game was a sellout. While the atmosphere has impressed the junior from the Kansas City area, he plans to make at least one more trip to Columbia this year.
At one point, Dixon was hoping to be able to narrow his list down. However, he's been busy with his high school season and has not taken any visits other than the two to Missouri.
