Top prospects invade Port City
Thirty-seven of the state's top prospects arrived in Mobile, Ala. Wednesday afternoon to begin preparations for the 21st annual Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Classic.
The game, set for Monday at Ladd-Peebles Stadium, is being played in the month of December for the first time since its inception. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.
Team Alabama will feature several highly recruited prospects, some committed, some not.
Two Auburn commitments, Birmingham-Briarwood Christian QB Barrett Trotter and Daphne RB Reggie Hunt, will represent their state.
"I'm excited about it," said Hunt, a late addition to the team. "There are a lot of good players here. We should be pretty good."
