Turgeon ecstatic with 2008 recruiting class
Texas A&M head coach Mark Turgeon signed the class of 2008 last week, and two new players have been welcomed into the Aggie family. Montverde (FL) Montverde Academy point guard Dashan Harris and Davie (FL) Westlake Prep power forward David Loubeau both signed National Letters-of-Intent to attend A&M next season.
Turgeon was visibly happy when talking about his class Monday during his weekly media luncheon, and he also know that he is getting two players that can contribute immediately. Both come from nationally recognized high schools.
At 6-foot and 170 pounds, Harris is just what Turgeon and his staff was looking for when they moved from Wichita State to A&M. The Rivals.com four-star prospect was at the top of the list when Turgeon and staff moved to Aggieland.
