The state of Delaware is not exactly known as a basketball hot bed, but William Penn High School has produced some very good players in the past, and it looks like they are on the verge of churning out another star. Brian Oliver is the next big timer from the state, and college coaches are going to be out in force to watch him.

Currently Oliver is seeing significant recruiting attention from Clemson, Georgetown, Georgia Tech, Maryland, Miami (FL), Notre Dame, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Virginia Tech, West Virginia, and Xavier amongst others.
