Boynton begins point guard transition
Arguably the best pure scorer in the 2009 class is Kenny Boynton. The explosive guard from Florida can absolutely light up the scoreboard in a hurry when his shot is falling. He did that all spring long, and because of that raised his profile to five star status, and became one of the hottest commodities on the circuit. Now the 6-foot-2 guard begins the transition from pure scorer to floor leader.
The move from off the ball to point guard is never an easy one. It is especially tough for a player like Boynton who is so capable of scoring from anywhere on the floor. However given his size, Boynton knows that the transition is something that he has to make if he wants to take his game to the next level.
