Johnson is getting national looks
The Atlanta Celtics are always one of the best teams on the AAU circuit, and this summer is no exception. The Celtics boast the best frontcourt of any team, but also they have some developing players on the perimeter. One of them is a top 2009 wing, Noel Johnson.
Johnson comes from good bloodlines. His father is Lynbert "Cheese" Johnson who starred at Wichita State University, and then played for the Golden State Warriors in 1979. Now his son who goes by the nickname of "Cheddar" is about to follow in his foot steps and play in college.
Johnson, a silky smooth 6-foot-7 wing, has received visits from Ohio State, Louisville, Kentucky, Memphis, UConn and Georgia Tech.
