Smooth is the best description for Elliot Williams, a 6-foot-4, 180-pound guard who played in the Tournament of Champions this weekend.

Williams mentioned Duke, North Carolina, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Memphis, Virginia, Georgia Tech and Clemson as schools he is considering.

He said that Carolina's coaching staff has spoken with his parents, but he has not talked with anyone from UNC yet.
