Jerryd Bayless topped off one of the best careers in Arizona high school history with an impressive performance in the McDonald's All-American game on Wednesday night in Louisville (Ky.).

The 6-foot-3 guard scored 11 points on 3-7 shooting, going 2-2 from three and 3-4 from the line with one rebound and a block in 16 minutes, helping lead the West team to a 114-112 victory.
