Future Wildcat Alex Jacobson ended his prep career on a high note, as the 7-foot center helped lead Mater Dei High School to a California Division II state championship against Archbishop Mitty in Sacramento on Friday night.

While rebound and block numbers are unavailable, Jacobson scored two points and was a defensive presence down low against the NorCal school, which features 2008 star forward Drew Gordon.

Duke-bound forward Taylor King led the Monarchs with 29 points and 15 rebounds in Mater Dei's 69-63 overtime win. Future Oregon guard Kamyron Brown scored nine points in the win.
