Frease sidelined, but maintains UK contact
Unfortunately, Kenny Frease has spent a lot of time with his XBox 360 lately.
That's not a bad thing for most teen-agers, and Frease likes video games too. But ever since suffering two fractures in the orbital bone of his right eye, the talented Ohio big man and UK recruit has had little choice but to pass the time with non-physical activity.
"In the last month, I've been playing Rainbow Six," Frease said. "I've only had it for three weeks
I don't even want to know how many games I've played."
The good news is Frease can put the XBox aside for awhile. His double-vision has improved, and he has been medically cleared to play with a protective face mask. Frease will be ready for Perry's opening district tournament game on Monday, but he says the return to practice hasn't been easy.
