growth spurt but center Jason Washburn from Battle Creek (Mich.)
Central is managing just fine.

Doctors tell Washburn he is likely to keep growing.

All that sprouting up has made it difficult for Washburn to put on a lot of
weight. He told us right now he weighs in "about 210." The added height
has helped him become more of an intimidator inside.

His list of schools includes Michigan, Michigan State, Indiana, Connecticut and Purdue.
