Davila performs well in bright lights

TarHeelIllustrated.com RALEIGH, N.C. - Boonville (N.C.) Starmount is not especially used to playing on the bigger stages, which is why the schools' appearance in the Glaxo-Smith-Kline Invitational was a little intimidating for many players on Thursday. One player who was not intimidated, Victor Davila, would ultimately help lead the Rams to victory.
Concerning the recruitment of the 6-8, 235-pound Davila, Phillips mentioned that his family has taken an active role, and they are helping guide their son through the process. His offers include N.C. State, Wake Forest, UNC-Charlotte, Virginia Tech and Memphis among many others.
