McDonald off to a fast start

Orangebloods.com Cypress-Springs junior Phillip McDonald may well be the best shooter in the state, but the 6-foot-4, 185-pound junior wants to have an all-around game. As a sophomore, McDonald was a 6-2.5 catch and shoot sharpshooter that averaged 12 points and converted more than 80 three-pointers.
After growing more than an inch in the last year and improving his athleticism, McDonald is off to fast start with more of an all-around offensive repertoire.
His top four schools include Oklahoma, Texas, Texas A&M and UNLV.
