Delvon Roe made an extremely difficult decision late last week. With a large number of high-major programs involved in his recruitment, the 6-foot-7, 215-pound power forward decided to trim his list of schools and only five remain. Rivals.com spoke to Roe, the No. 5 ranked player in the class of 2008, about his decision.

Turing down the likes of Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Louisville and others was difficult for Roe, but he was ready to take the next step forward in his recruitment. For the No. 2 ranked power forward in the class, that meant trimming his list of schools.
