After a few down years, Kentucky high school basketball talent seems to be on the upswing. Two Kentucky juniors have already committed to high major programs, and several other in-state underclassmen are touted as elite prospects. One name to keep an eye on is Jacob Jenkins, a sweet-shooting sophomore from Louisville, Ky., DuPont Manual.

Jenkins freely admits to being a Kentucky fan even though most of his family likes Louisville. He recently took his first trip to Rupp Arena for Kentucky's Big Blue Madness.
