The race is on for John Roberson. The three-star prospect is in the home stretch of a tight recruitment and the 5-foot-11, 165-pound point guard from Plano (Texas) High School says he is getting close.


"It's three horse race right now," Roberson said.

Texas Tech, SMU and Kansas State are neck and neck, Roberson says, and the in-home visits could be the deciding factor for the No. 139 ranked player in the class of 2007.
