LAS VEGAS- Delvon Roe and the King James Shooting Stars made an impressive run in the 2006 Nike Main Event, advancing all the way to the semifinal round Wednesday morning.

The Shooting Stars came up a bit short against the Friends of Hoops squad out of Seattle, dropping a 75-68 decision, but Roe had another impressive performance, this one coming in front of North Carolina assistant coach Joe Holladay.

Carolina Blue spoke with Roe earlier in the week, where he confirmed his interest in North Carolina, and the fact that the Tar Heels are currently recruiting him fairly hard at the present time.

"North Carolina has shown a lot of interest in me lately," said Roe, who added Ohio State, Michigan, Michigan State, Illinois, Florida, UConn, and Cincinnati as schools that he is currently considering.
