Recruiting starts to heat up for McMillan

CavsCorner.com One player who has emerged as a top target for the UVa basketball program in the class of 2007 is Jamelle McMillan.
The 6-foot-3, 165-pound combo guard from O-Dea High School in Seattle has seen his stock soar lately after a tremendous AAU showing in Dallas last month.
At one point, McMillan was a strong lean to N.C. State.
"Virginia is definitely a school of interest," McMillan said. "I really like the coaching staff I've talked to and I'm hoping to take a visit there sometime in June."
The connection to N.C. State for McMillan is easy to see. His father is current Portland Trailblazers coach Nate McMillan, who was a standout for the Wolfpack.
