Arkansas picked up its fourth basketball commitment for the 2006 recruiting class when Chicago Marshall guard Patrick Beverley announced for Arkansas at a 3:45 p.m. press conference.
Beverley, 6-foot-2, 175 pounds, selected the Razorbacks in a heated battle that came down to Michigan and the Hogs. St. Johns was also in the mix. Rated the nation's No. 65 overall recruit and a four-star prospect by Rivals.com, Beverley took an official visit to Fayetteville, Ark., last weekend.
