After title, Hill ready for Madison
Phillips Exeter Academy in New Hampshire, for the first time in the school's history, won a New England Prep School Association Class A championship after a 58-47 victory over Choate Rosemary Hall on March 3.
Jordan Hill, a Wisconsin signee, was a big reason for the success. The 6-foot-3 combination guard, who is originally from California, averaged just under six points per game but was a defensive stopper all season, according to coach Jay Tilton.
"It starts with Jordan," Tilton ESPNBoston.com. "Every second of the game he has a high motor, he doesn't take unnecessary chances. To play that hard on the ball-he starts it, and we have great commitment off the ball helping him. It's something we've been committed to from day one."
