Johnnie Vassar, one of Illinois' top recruiting targets in the class of 2014, has relocated back to the Midwest. The 6-foot floor general from Chicago recently made the transition from Lawrence Academy in Groton (Mass.) to La Lumiere School in La Porte (Ind.), where he will begin his second high school basketball season this fall. For Vassar, the move was all about being closer to home.
