The Best of Summer tournament was made up of primarily West Coast based teams. But it was a pair of teams from the Midwest emerging victorious in the 17 and 16 and under divisions on Saturday. Broderick Newbill and the Kansas City 76ers captured their third title of July in the 17's. Martin's Wolverines captured the 16 and under crown.
