Laimonas Chatkevicius isn't your typical Division One basketball recruit.

At 7-foot-0, 240 pounds, he stands out in any crowd. But his size isn't the only thing that makes him unique. While some prospects try to rack up offers and soak up the attention that comes with recruiting, Chatkevicius is just the opposite.

He originally hails from Lithuania and even played on the Lithuanian national team in the 2010 FIBA 17-and-under World Championships. At Missouri's elite camp two weeks ago, the Tigers became the first program to offer Chatkevicius a scholarship.
