Ryan Spangler is one of the top prep quarterbacks in the Sooner State. But the 6-foot-7.5, 220-pound standout from Blanchard (Okla.) Bridge Creek won't be playing football after high school. "I am going to play basketball in college," he said. "I decided that about two months ago." Spangler has narrowed his focus to four basketball programs. He will visit Colorado in September.
