The July travels of the Gopher staff included viewings of point guard prospects Naadir Tharpe, Tre Demps, Corey Hilliard, Travis Trice, and Brehm Prep point guard Bruce Barron. Barron, 6-foot-3 185 pounds, played with Oto Osenieks.
