Junior wing Reggie Dillard could be one of the breakout guys from this spring and summer from the state of North Carolina. The 6-foot-2, 210-pounder from Greensboro (N.C.) Dudley High has picked up offers from Tulane and VCU, and his phone could be ringing more frequently with college coaches in August.
