Junior wing Dezmine Wells from Word of God Academy in Raleigh, N.C., is rated by Rivals.com as a four-star prospect and the No. 59 player nationally in the 2011 class. His success on the hardwood is just the latest in his family.

Wells' mother Pamela was an All-American basketball player at St. Augustine. In fact, Wells humbly admits he did not beat his mother in basketball until he was 13 years old.
